We’ve developed some refreshingly different processes over time to help fast-track each step of the marketing journey. For each client there are proven and effective core process we follow:
Meet
Before we start any project, we want to get to know you, discover what you’re about, where you want to end up, and what you need to do to get there. Our process also allows you to meet us and decide if we connect and you like the idea of working with us. This is important. This is where you get to decide if we can do the work you need, and we can work out if we can help you.
Propose
No, we’re not talking marriage, although some working relationships can feel that way! Before any job starts, we like to let you know what we think needs to be done, how it will be done, who will do it and by when. There are also those pesky ‘quid pro quo’ legal bits. As boring as these are, they’re there to protect you and us. Our proposal also sets out our three-step-process for your job right through to costs.
Payment
For most projects , unless we’re on a retainer, we ask for two installments – 50% before we start the project and 50% once we’re done.
Completion
We work to see a successful finish to every project we undertake which includes a final sign-off.
Depending on what we’re doing for you, there may also be a couple of free rounds of revisions included in your project. These little details will be clarified in your proposal.
